Cost Efficiency: Conduct detailed monthly assessments of actual vs. cost card direct recovery. Optimize financial processes. Strategic Budgeting: Collaborate with markets to submit budget requests (RFs) effectively. Transfer Pricing Support: Coordinate local transfer pricing documentation and compliance. Financial Modeling: Execute cost card models and oversee invoicing processes. Operational Solutions: Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in partnership with market teams. EMEA Collaboration: Support a unified team across all centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Strategic Analysis: Evaluate new investments, allocate capabilities, and assess product development cases. Local Stats and Audit Leadership: Lead coordination efforts for local statistics and audits. Qualifications: Experience: 2 to 4 years in Commercial Finance roles or Finance Control/Audit (big4). Education: University degree with an internationally recognized finance/accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA, CMA, or CFA). Analytical Acumen: Ability to tackle unstructured problems, challenge existing procedures, and provide innovative solutions. Language Skills: Fluent in English. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Office Suite; familiarity with D365 or Navision is a plus.
