Our team is looking for innovative, enthusiastic, and versatile data, digital, and AI professionals that will drive us forward on this exciting venture.How You'll Make an Impact / ResponsibilitiesEngage with senior customers and SMEs to develop the data and analytics strategy for different Siemens Energy business units and group functions.Collaborate with the corporate strategy and innovation team and associated teams across the business.Translate business needs into requirements of the data and analytics strategy to address challenges on how each business area uses data and analytics.Create and evaluate data-driven initiatives in our core business, and develop and evaluate ideas in collaboration with our customers and internal partners.Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators / metrics to reflect progress in our data and analytics strategy.Document and present strategy and roadmap to senior team members.Effective project and portfolio delivery management and decision support, including development of appropriate reports and reporting cadence to governance boards, the leadership team, project managers and business owners.Thought leadership and support the Chief Data Officer's leadership team in providing consistent delivery and portfolio governance across the Data & Advanced Analytics organization.What You Bring / Skills, CapabilitiesAdvanced Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or a quantitative field.3+ years experience of leading a small team and a proven track record of leading successful teams and mentoring talent.7+ years experience in the field of digital or data and analytics with demonstrated ability for the development of strategies and roadmaps.#J-18808-Ljbffr
