As Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for the Social Media, Content and Communication strategies and campaigns. You will be taking full ownership of all Social Media profiles and be accountable for KPIs, Reporting and benchmarking.
Responsabilidades PrincipalesYou will be ultimately responsible for global social media accounts, working with the Global Marketing Assistant to co-ordinate and execute social media plans.In-line with the content marketing strategy and global marketing campaigns, create a calendar that supports the global marketing objectives, ensuring assets are on-brand and helping us reach objectives.Ensure content is posted and boosted appropriately across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.Work with the main stakeholders to ensure all content across all global, regional and schools' social media is on-brand.Support the schools with creating and promoting content for their pages - providing any centralised messages and assets for posting.Work with the team on outreach initiatives to create cross-brand promotions and giveaways that align with our business needs.Help source and distribute user generated content between the schools and regional marketing teams.Report on the performance of the global social media accounts.Support any new project to update the social media accounts for the corporate and local accounts.Team ManagementIn addition, you will manage a team of two people, ensuring they support your projects and uphold the expected standard of service to the department.
