Engaging with senior stakeholders, these highly visible programs require an accomplished leader who has proven engagement experience to oversee the engagement of many departments and an internal direct and dotted line team to collectively deliver this company-wide program. The primary function of this execution-focused role is to work with relevant cross-functional leadership and key SMEs to ensure the optimisation of Planet's new customer end to end (E2E) implementation process driving improved speed of revenue realisation and quality of customer experience
