Could you be the full-time Industrial Planner in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we're looking for?
Your future roleYou'll manage the Industrial Planner team, taking care of the adequacy between Demand (firm & forecast) and Resources (Manufacturing & Procurement) to reach customers QCD while optimizing site resources (people, machines & cash). Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, project management), make sure Industrial Planning Golden rules & processes are applied and much more.
You'll specifically take care of being a key contributor to reach the Industrial Planning KPIs targets, but also contributing to the APSYS roadmap related actions regarding industrial planning topics.
We'll look to you for:Make sure that demand management & scheduling (firm & forecast) is done in the Core Planning Tools and/or ERP.Manage relationship with Project Team.Ensure that SIOP instance decisions are reflected into MPS and/or Material Delivery Plan and cascade through the organization with appropriate communication to internal / external suppliers.Report the WIP and FG for HI consolidation in time.Report the Manufacturing Throughput and Production Performance KPIs in time.Give visibility on industrial planning situation of the site (to Supply Chain or Industrial Director), alert when important delays impacting site's OTD are identified and propose solutions.Guarantee that the data inside the ERP / Core Planning Tool are the latest update.Ensure that appropriate simulations and feasible scenarios to support decisions to be taken (with internal and/or external solution) are available for SIOP cycle.Provide data for the S&OP process.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
