We are looking for an experienced and strategic Global Digital Content Manager with a proven track record in digital marketing, particularly within the Social Media landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in working with international skincare brands and excel at managing and producing compelling digital content.
This includes providing strategic oversight of digital assets, campaigns, and partnerships to drive engagement and brand growth.
Prior experience in a global role is highly desirable.
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, under a replacement contract with possibilities to join the team permanently.
Mission of the role Develop and monitor the global digital assets and content approaches across projects and brand digital presence.
Oversee and collaborate with different agencies and partners to deliver appealing digital content that drives sales and awareness for the consumer skincare business.
Produce captivating and engaging content that attracts and engages across all digital channels and platforms by using creative visuals and writing skills.
Coordinate the creation of engaging assets across all digital channels and platforms and deliver best practices from a content point of view.
Key Relationships (internal and external) Within Cx GBU: Brand Marketing Teams, Growth Acceleration Team, Market Insights Team.
At Market level (GBT affiliates): Brand Management, Digital Champion.
External: Agencies (Creative/Digital/Media), development partners, Digital industry leaders, Suppliers/vendors/social platform leaders.
Requirements A strong interest in learning and keeping up to date with new technologies, digital platforms, digital marketing trends and best practices.
Ability to create, produce and deliver visual and copy content for digital marketing communications in line with brand guidelines.
Any additional language is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of a variety of digital channels and how to maximize them for different marketing activities.
Experience in social media and community management.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM is desirable.
Master's degree equivalence in communication/Marketing, Digital marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content and social media monitoring and coordination.
Native English speaker with the ability to craft compelling and effective written content in English for all digital platforms such as the Website, social media, eRetailers and forums.
Proven track record of creating content for successful digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities Brief and coordinate with creative agencies and external partners for content production for all digital communications.
Produce engaging content for a variety of digital platforms, such as websites, articles, email marketing, blogs, forums and social media channels.
Monitor digital content coordination and work closely with creative agencies and marketing brand team to deliver visually appealing visuals and captivating written content in line with brand guidelines.
Assist with the management of global brand campaigns, digital marketing and social media campaigns, including managing and engaging with the brand community across various digital platforms.
Help to develop a brand tone of voice and ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
Give recommendations on how to enhance and optimize social media posts and digital marketing campaigns through visual and copy content.
Research and develop new ideas using cutting-edge technologies and techniques for maximizing content consideration.
Proofread English content and provide support with other visual and written content when required for the website or/and any additional channels.
Deliver product descriptions and eRetailers content to enhance the consumer business and clearly communicate the benefits of the products.
Enable structured content creation capabilities through the implementation of processes and guidelines.
Develop, update and maintain content library, templates, and assets.
Identify meaningful and measurable KPIs and metrics concerning content performance.
Ensure effective content and user experience.
Identify digital trends and insights and propose innovative content solutions.
Community management across social media and forums platforms.
