About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day run of the department! This role is a 6-month FTC and will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
What You Will Do
Media
Coordinate media/partners materials (spot list and co-funding).
Monitor competitors' activity.
Advertising
Check in with the digital creatives to develop monthly recaps with key assets.
Digital
Update and review official Disney websites: dlp.es, disney.es, and dcl.com.
Review official e-mailings and support while creating new assets.
Assist with the planning, development, and delivery of all shootings to feed the local IG account.
Supervise the local Disneyland Paris SoMe profiles.
Contribute to the selection and supervision of all SoMe assets.
Owned Media
Deliver TWDCo owned media monthly requests to reinforce Disneyland Paris visibility.
Share Disneyland Paris materials with SoMe, Disney.es, Newsletters, Publishing, Disney Channel, and The Disney Store.
Assist in the creation of synergy materials (cinema and channel spots, retail promos, etc.).
Facilitate the development of punctual activations with other lines of business in TWDCo.
Monitor new opportunities in company Owned Media.
Third Parties
Follow up on promotions and manage winners.
Press & PR
Daily media monitoring and weekly coverage report.
Help organize and develop press events, shootings, and trips.
Support in coordinating individual media and influencers' trips.
Other Activities
Support the team with translations and presentation development.
Help track promotions: media values, data collection, results.
Monthly ICP update for Central teams.
Support with invoices, POs, and budget follow-up.
Support Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line activity: campaign tracking and competitor follow-up.
Assist the team with day-to-day department activities: reservations, banquet cheques, media list, etc.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Highly motivated, team player, positive attitude, and proactive.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible, innovative, and creative approach.
Well-organized and results-oriented.
At least 3-4 years of confirmed experience working in a Marketing Department with PR functions.
University Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Business.
Proficient in English.
Computer Skills (including Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Prezi).
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in French.
Experience with Canva.
