As a result, Neutron empowers founders to build better and more capital-efficient, profitable, and convenient applications than they could elsewhere.About the RoleAs a subsidiary of The Neutron Foundation, Meson Labs collaborates closely with Hadron Labs—an independent software development company focused on building infrastructure and tooling for Neutron—to support, strengthen, and expand the Neutron blockchain ecosystem.As a Marketing Manager at Meson Labs, you will play an instrumental role in Neutron's future success by executing key protocol growth and user retention activities, collaborating cross-functionally and with industry-leading partners to design and execute global marketing strategies, and optimizing marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.ResponsibilitiesGrowth Retention: Execute key protocol growth and user retention activities, including creating social media and blog content, hosting Twitter Spaces, co-marketing with industry-leading partners and creators, and more.Collaboration with Design: Work with designers to create corresponding content and merchandise for Neutron marketing campaigns.Reporting Recommendations: Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.Optimizing Marketing Funnels: Leverage insights gleaned from analytics software to optimize and refine Neutron's marketing funnels for various target audiences, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives.Narrative Construction: Craft and entrench compelling narratives to support ecosystem growth and maximize user engagement.Research: Conduct competitive and market research to inform the construction and adaptation of marketing strategies that expand the Neutron ecosystem.Brand Management: Elevate and uphold Neutron's brand identity and messaging across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.Ecosystem Marketing: Foster relationships with teams building on Neutron, ensuring clear and consistent communication and coordination of announcements.Events: Play a pivotal role in executing Neutron's events strategy to achieve general and event-specific objectives.Community: Ideate and collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute marketing strategies that foster robust global communities.Large Projects: Move beyond your day-to-day responsibilities and work on large, high-leverage projects with the potential to catalyze step-function growth.Adaptation: Adapt to evolving business needs by embracing new responsibilities as required.How we workWe are community-obsessed.
