Who We're Looking For We're looking for a Catalan and Spanish-speaking marketing expert from the crypto, blockchain, and web3 space to join our team as the Marketing Manager focused on the Barcelona, Catalan, and Spanish markets.
With a hands-on approach, you will work closely with the CEO and other marketing managers and own the translation, content creation, and marketing strategy execution in Catalan and Spanish.

What You'll Be Doing Working alongside the marketing team and the CEO, you will spearhead the management of Venga marketing for Catalonia & Spain.
You will translate the Venga app and website into Catalan and Spanish, working with internal stakeholders to manage the end-to-end process.
You will take ownership of Venga's Catalan and Spanish communication channels, set up existing channels, and develop new channels when necessary.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and owning Venga's Catalan and Spanish social media strategy from scratch: content, calendar, style, tone of voice, etc.
You will actively engage with Catalan and Spanish audiences on social media to ensure we communicate with our online communities.
You will lead the creation of Venga's Catalan and Spanish blogs, creating unique content not translated from English.
Working with the marketing team, with a hands-on approach, you will drive the creation of relevant and attention-grabbing content focused on the Barcelona, Catalan, and Spanish markets (images, animations, and videos).
You will work with the SEO team to set targets and KPIs for capturing organic traffic to Venga from Spain and Catalonia, and you will build the needed pages and content, ensuring that we're targeting the right local keywords.
You will lead Venga's local communication and partnership development with KOLs, affiliates, and local crypto and fintech communities in Barcelona and Spain.
You will continuously monitor data and results of all marketing initiatives, adapting and changing strategies where necessary.
Analyze our performance, impressions, clicks, website visits, behavior, conversions, and more to optimize, enhance, and scale Venga's marketing efforts.

Who You Are & What You'll Need You have a proven track record working in a fast-growing crypto, blockchain, or web3 company, preferably at a CeFi app or crypto exchange.
You have 3+ years in marketing with relevant roles.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, brand communications, or other relevant degree.
A very high level of Catalan with strong copywriting and reviewing skills.
A very high level of Spanish with strong copywriting and reviewing skills.
A very high level of English.
Any additional language is a big plus.
You have experience in inbound marketing, successfully managing content marketing and social media with references that you can share.
You have experience working in Figma, Photoshop, and other equivalent tools.
You have excellent planning and project management skills, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and the scrum framework.
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.
You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.
You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
