This role will partner the SE Marketing and SE Customer Marketing teams to ensure we have a clear understanding of drivers of spend to enable this investment to be optimized and deployed with agility.Part of the role will also be to drive optimization of the A&P process and continuous improvement.Top AccountabilitiesFunctional:Provide decision support to the customer and consumer marketing teams, which will ultimately improve, return on investment, Net Sales Value, Gross Profit, Gross Margin %, CAAP and CAAP Margin%.Partner with marketing & customer marketing teams on their A&P budget, seeking out greatest opportunities for growthPartner with SE Finance team (Commercial Finance, Finance Controls, BPM team, etc.) to bring together the Brand/category/Portfolio perspective with the Country/Channel perspective and assessing the right prioritization and optimization choices
