24WD78216Position Overview Do you have a customer first mindset? Are you interested in helping us build and evolve our customer success organization to improve the quality of our services and overall experience and success of our customers? If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Manager to guide our Customer Success team to help Autodesk's customers with Enterprise Business Agreements create long-term success by implementing an array of services to accelerate customer business goals and increase adoption. This is an exciting opportunity to influence our customers, and Autodesk's success.
You will report into the Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success.
Job's workplace: hybrid
Responsibilities Manage an international team of Customer Success Managers (CSM) in a defined geographical area and industryImprove customer adoption by creating customer outcomes across a selected group of our Enterprise customersFocus the team to implement Customer Success Plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction aligned to customer outcomesEstablish own relationship with customers where helpful for customer engagementFacilitate change and promote innovationCreate a purposeful environment where everybody can bring their authentic selves at workMinimum Qualifications 5+ years experience managing customer-facing businessesStrong business acumenAutomotive Industry backgroundPreferred Qualifications Empathy for customers and passion for growthEnthusiastic and with the ability to inspire othersExperience with value drivers in recurring revenue business modelsAnalytical and process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated desire for learning and improvement#LI-AS1
