How to contribute to our vision * Comply with assigned day-to-day tasks
* Calendar planning management: schedule appointments, meetings, travel plans, etc.
* Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements and reconcile travel and expense reports.
* Answer, screen and make phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing emails and tasks, generating and maintaining adequate internal and external networking
* Facilitating and confirm the deployment of corporate policies within the team.
* Monitor all information flow, workflows ,approvals, including maintenance of paper and electronic files.
* Assist in the integration of new technologies, ensuring efficiency through new IT tools.
* Plan, coordinate and execute conferences and presentations and send relevant meeting details to all participants.
* Prepare the agenda for various presentations and workshops.
* Creation and internal execution of the order process.
* Organization and coordination of various internal and external workshops
* Coordinate reporting, KPI and PBI tools, ensuring the proper update on time.
* Support GBX team external document management and for intercontinental travels
* Support internal communications and marketing activities.
