Job DescriptionAs an Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating incremental profitability for the ZF Group by establishing a complete CV portfolio as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions of their accounts in your area of responsibility. Your focus is to identify the key account's strategy, pain points, and compelling events, and to plan and implement the right customer action plan to solve these while generating incremental profitability for ZF.
You will be responsible for establishing contacts with members of the Decision-Making Unit, convincing the customer to buy, and continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship. As the central point of contact for all customer-related activities in their country, the Aftermarket Sales Representative will liaise with other parts of the organization to support the ZF strategy.
