Coordination with Customs Agents, national and international Customs and Validation of invoices on administrative management (customs agents), tariffs and taxes ((PTE. ASSIGNMENT, CONTROL TOWER, LOGISTIC ADM. OR BOTH)). Analysis of ongoing Court Center demands; monitoring and support of commitments, in our outsourced warehouse, in relation to leadtimes in the area of receptions, quality control, reservations, shipments and transits. Coordination of Open Space parcel demand processes, documentation and efficiencies, versus requirements.Support of the documentation attached to our shipments from our warehouses to our network of manufacturers. Application of the Entry certificate procedure, (support for declarations to the European Treasury, Intrastat), filing and conservation of customs documentation.Resolution and monitoring of incidents reported by manufacturers.Carry out prospecting in relation to the planning of purchases with new products (compositions with risks) in countries outside the EU, tariff analysis and possible inconveniences in international transits.Daily review and analysis of demand, available in internal warehouse or outsourced warehouse. • Monitor service leadtimes for unmet demands.Back up control Tower.WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE ROLE:Experience in transport and logistics enviroments.Knowledge in 365 office (excel (querrys), power point, work and desirable power BI) knowledge in ERP´s.Fluent in English.Analytical skills and accuracy.About usCreated in Spain in 1846, LOEWE approaches 175 years as one of the world's major luxury houses.
