This role is a chance to dive deep into product development cycles, interact closely with end-users, and drive innovations that lead to real business outcomes.Step into the role of Lead Product Owner where you will spearhead a new and ambitious global Core Services product suite. Based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you'll lead a diverse tech team consisting of Product Owners, QA Testers, Product Operations, and Engineers.Responsibilities:Strategic Roadmap & Prioritization: Articulate, prioritize, and implement the product vision based on user and business needs. Mentor your Product Owners to master their roadmaps.Discovery: Uncover and evaluate both high-level user needs and technical requirements. Guide your Product Owners in conducting in-depth discovery processes.Specification: Actively define and author specifications and oversee those created by your team.Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of development projects. Champion Scrum methodologies and ceremonies within your teams.Documentation: Oversee the documentation efforts that support Product Operations.Team Leadership: Lead, develop and coach three Product Owners across three engineering squads, helping them to achieve their goals and advance their skills.Minimum Requirements:Proven Experience: You bring a robust background with at least 5 years in Product Management, ideally sharpened within technical product management roles.Technical Proficiency: You are adept at handling products like APIs and Webservices, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.Leadership Excellence: You are more than a manager; you are a motivator and an inspirer. You have a proven track record of leading teams to greatness.Problem Solver: Complex problems excite you rather than intimidate. You are known for diving deep into challenging topics and emerging with solutions.Master Communicator: Your communication skills are second to none.
