At ING we are looking for KYC Product Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic KYC Product Expert to join our Delivery Team of KYC Tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to ensure a proper KYC IT landscape to support our running processes and to implement strategic transformation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities: As a KYC Product Expert you will:
Provide a broad knowledge on ING products and services.
Be part of the delivery team to define functional requirements, participate in testing and support before the Go-live.
Control the process, solve incidents in case of errors, and provide information and help to support teams or providers.
Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs and use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. Represent the voice of the customer (External and internal) to improve processes.
Analyze data to extract operational information for decision making, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc.). Analyze evolutions, trends, and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Collaborate with suppliers day-to-day. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents, and track them. Propose improvement measures and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.
Be responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset, for day-to-day performance, building reliable business operations and services, and connecting with internal or external parties.
Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure our products and services comply with regulations and policies. Facilitate Cross-Regional Collaboration among teams across different geographies to ensure a unified approach to customer experience innovation.

You will need to:
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in the banking sector with a focus on technology and operations.
Global Expertise: Proven track record in leading international project implementations with a strong tech component.
KYC Know-How: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in anti-money laundering practices.
Agile Practitioner: Strong experience in agile methodologies, with a passion for empowering and growing high-performing teams.
Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.
Deadlines Management: Efficiently manage time and deadlines to keep development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
Tech: Although not mandatory, some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team.
Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinker who can anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to ensure we remain at the forefront of AML practices.
Problem-Solver: Ability to tackle complex challenges with creative solutions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of change.
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Collaboration Champion: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and evolving technologies, continuously seeking improvement in customer interactions.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
Education: Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
Customer-Centric Focus: Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the journey.
Ethical Integrity: A strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical behavior and corporate responsibility.
