Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Global Digital Content Manager with a proven track record in digital marketing, particularly within the Social Media landscape. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in working with international skincare brands and excel at managing and producing compelling digital content. This includes providing strategic oversight of digital assets, campaigns, and partnerships to drive engagement and brand growth. Prior experience in a global role is highly desirable. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, under a replacement contract with possibilities to join the team permanently.
Mission of the Role
• Develop and monitor the global digital assets and content approaches across projects and brand digital presence.
• Oversee and collaborate with the different agencies and partners to deliver appealing digital content that drives sales and awareness for the consumer skincare business.
• Produce captivating and engaging content that attracts and engages across all digital channels and platforms by using creative visuals and writing skills.
• Coordinate the creation of engaging assets across all digital channels and platforms and deliver best practices from a content point of view.
Key Relationships (Internal and External)
• Within Cx GBU: Brand Marketing Teams, Growth Acceleration Team, Market Insights Team.
• At Market Level (GBT Affiliates): Brand Management, Digital Champion.
• External: Agencies (Creative/Digital/Media), Development Partners, Digital Industry Leaders, Suppliers/Vendors/Social Platform Leaders.
Requirements
• A strong interest in learning and keeping up to date with new technologies, digital platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
• Ability to create, produce, and deliver visual and copy content for digital marketing communications in line with brand guidelines.
• Any additional language is an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of a variety of digital channels and how to maximize them for different marketing activities.
• Experience in social media and community management.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is desirable.
• Master's degree equivalence in Communication/Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content and social media monitoring and coordination.
• Native English speaker with the ability to craft compelling and effective written content in English for all digital platforms such as the Website, social media, eRetailers, and forums.
