We go to work every day determined to shape living for the better - for our customers and for the health of our planet.You will be based in Madrid (Alcobendas) in a modern office setting with 120 colleagues dedicated to Customer Service, HR, Finance, Logistics and IT services across Spain and Portugal.Mission A customer service agent will act as a liaison, providing product/services information, and resolving any emerging problem that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming callsGenerate sales leadsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersLiaise with logistics issuesQualifications Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service agentStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices as well as SAPCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyFluency in Spanish and EnglishAt Electrolux, we take responsibility for our development in a supportive environment where we embrace our differences and learn from each other.
