Knowledge Management & Reporting Specialist
Summary:
Support the Group Travel Management corporate team in globally implementing the Amadeus Corporate Travel Program, focusing on the Travel Management & Expenses reporting and knowledge management strategy.
In this role you will:
Implement Group Travel Management's (GTM) reporting strategy and produce Travel Management & Expenses (TME) reports.
Generate global reports by product and savings and analyse business travel KPIs.
Provide support to GTM Reporting tool users, including internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse travel policy compliance and address other reporting needs by cost centre, function, etc.
Participate in the implementation and testing of new reporting tools, ensuring data quality assurance.
Maintain the TME Data Model and support reporting environment maintenance.
Implement GTM's Communication & Knowledge Management strategy.
Support corporate communication initiatives and map Travel Management corporate processes.
About the ideal candidate:
University degree in a relevant field.
Experience in reporting, data analysis, or knowledge management.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating insights.
Excellent communication skills for managing corporate content and initiatives.
Ability to create dashboards in Power BI and manage data effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.
