You will work with a wide array of different B2B partners worldwide to ensure their happiness as we grow the AirHelp platform. You'll have a tangible impact on the organization and will enjoy lots of space for professional growth.

What you'll do: Collaborate with major players in the travel industry to offer new value for air passengers globally.  Work closely with a multinational team of professionals across the company, playing a key role in ensuring our B2B partnerships are satisfactory and beneficial.  Enjoy a friendly and flexible work environment, where you will be expected to be unsupervised and take full charge of the tasks assigned. Ideally, you'll bring with you: You have proven experience in Account Management. You have the ability to listen, negotiate and influence, and can create top-notch presentations. You are a great communicator skilled at building strong business relationships through compelling and witty emails as well as on the phone and in person. You have an analytical mind with the ability to talk to technical teams.  You are committed, task-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve top results. You speak English fluently. 
Nice to have: You have experience with Travel (preferably OTAs or TMCs), Insurance or Tech industry. You can speak Spanish, Turkish, or Portuguese.
