We are looking for new talent for the UX Researcher vacancy in our Engineering chapter, and they can be part of this project with an international client in the insurance industry.Responsibilities:Conduct user research and concept development.Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods together with other researchers and CX.Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multidisciplinary teams during the early stages of the product.Adopt collaborative approaches to design.Work closely with the design team and engineers throughout the solution.Perform validation and implementation cycles.Participate in recruitment activities for user research.Drive the UX vision in alignment with the project roadmaps.Leverage research insights (both qualitative and quantitative), trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the customer experience.Connect decisions to desired business goals and outcomes.Some tasks we hope to perform in this role:UX and usability reviews: heuristic testing, definition of information architectures, card classification.Contextual interviews and user tests.Mind maps, workflows, functional maps, user stories, service plans.Customer experience services: collecting feedback from customers and representative users, enforcing the service.Design Thinking techniques (customer journey maps, idea generation, expectation maps, agile development, storyboards).Information and data reports.What mandatory requirements do we need you to have?More than 4 years of professional experience and proven follow-up of the successful results of research activities.Knowledge of UX research methods and tools.Experience in UX research.Experience using analytical data to inform decisions.Experience in carrying out research activities (collaborative workshops, interviews, follow-up, letter classification, etc.).Great organizational and analytical skills.Language: English C1 with good written, verbal, and presentation skills.What soft skills do we expect you to have?Empathy.Analytical mind.Great communication skills.Collaborative mindset.Resolution capacity.Other benefits:Access to the online training platform with a wide range of training.Flexible hours with prior notice and approval of your manager.Online Yoga classes every Tuesday and Thursday.1 day off per year for your birthday.Discount with our partners (Class pass, Classification, EIGP, and others).21 working days per year of vacation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
