The RoleAs a junior campaign specialist, you will contact customers to improve the campaign.
You will provide advice - not aggressive sales, but important guidance.
Your daily work will include tasks such as:
Acting as a trusted consultant onboarding customersDeveloping PPC campaignsUnderstanding customers' needs and goalsBeing responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustainabilityHandling a large volume of potential customers daily via phone calls Ideal ProfileYou speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising; sales experience (not mandatory) and outbound calls.
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
