Experience of working with data warehouse.

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Analyst to join Amazon's Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) team.
The EU AMXL team is responsible for the end-to-end Heavy/Bulky journey in fulfillment, supply chain, and transportation daily business and its strategic vision in Europe.
Amazon has a culture of data-driven decision-making, and demands business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable.
During our day-to-day operations, tons of data is generated which is leveraged to take our important business decisions.
As an Analyst, you will be developing SQL/ETL queries, accessing data warehouse and Redshift clusters, creating automated reports through macros, and creating relevant KPIs and metrics for the performance of the team as well as for transportation operations.
You will publish daily/weekly performance reports and provide business insights based upon data to further improve our operations and processes.
You will also support operational key tasks to excel in supply chain execution and drive efficiency across our EU operations.
Responsibilities: Create metrics and performance dashboards.
Drive root cause analysis and propose data-driven solutions.
Engage with cross-functional teams for the implementation of project/program requirements.
Manage multiple projects/initiatives.
Communicate at all levels with the ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.
Experience working in SQL/ETL/Python/Power BI.
Experience with developing reports from Tableau.
Experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma.
Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes.
Proven independent decision-making skills in an often ambiguous environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
