If so, why not consider joining Western Union's new Digital Banking hub.Western Union powers your pursuit.In this new and unique role, reporting directly into the Head of Digital Bank Europe, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of our digital-to-digital operations for the new pan-European Ecosystem:Role ResponsibilitiesPreparing, implementing, and embedding an operational plan in line with the Digital Bank strategic vision and the wider Western Union strategy.Planning, monitoring, and developing operational delivery, designing and implementing key performance indicators, and tracking progress against the plan.Providing support for the launch of digital banking across new countries and subsequent growth initiatives with Country Leaders.Leadership of digital banking growth initiatives within the broader Western Union entity, liaising with regional teams.Collaborating across our four key pillars - Growth, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure the success of the hub.Managing key partnerships with vendors and third parties to ensure smooth delivery and operations across Europe.Role RequirementsYou will have worked in the consulting space, and within a start-up/scale-up organization.Significant experience leading operations in digital, payments, and/or retail banking is essential.Previous experience of agile working methodologies is desirable along with strong digital analytical skills.Experience in managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams, customer-centric and hands-on mindset.Strong business acumen with a proven track record of delivering results through innovation.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
