Revolutionize the understanding of the brain through new personalized neuromodulation therapies, anywhere and at any time.Position Summary:What will you do:Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers and vendors: Active research for new alternative suppliers (raw material suppliers as well as contract manufacturers for processes or products), considering quality and price criteria.Create and negotiate supply contracts to ensure the supply of raw materials and services at competitive and stable prices.Measure supplier performance and define strategies to ensure best-in-class quality, cost, and on-time delivery, leverage economies of scale, etc.Ensure supplier compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.Responsible for coordinating the implementation of changes including documentation management for new materials, changes of existing products/components, or supplier requested changes.Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, RA/QA, Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams.Manage inventory: responsible for managing inventory level to ensure that the company always has the right stock to meet forecasts without overstocking.Identify bottlenecks and roadblocks and implement solutions in a timely manner.Work cross-functionally to select the best vendors and distributors.Communicate to supervisor and other leaders strategies and constraints within the area of responsibility.Maintain data integrity within ERP including proper order management, MOQ´s, Lead-Times, pricing, etc.What do you need:Must-have:University degree in a relevant engineering field (i.e., Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, etc.).1-3 years of experience in procurement in a supply chain department.Experience finding and developing new suppliers worldwide (including China).Experience negotiating terms and conditions of supplier contracts.Hands-on experience working with an ERP system.Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office software.Strong MS Office skills.Understanding of quality standards.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral.Bonus Points:Experience/knowledge in medical devices in the context of ISO 13485/ DGMP highly desired.Knowledge of Quality Systems (e.g., Auditing, Change Control, Complaints, Deviations, CAPAs, Batch Record Review, Documentation management, Training, Supplier Management, validations, qualifications, and calibrations) highly desired.Experience in Lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies is a plus.Knowledge of common electronic component parameters and PCB manufacturing is a plus.Experience in Odoo ERP is a plus.You will be the perfect fit if you are/have:Good negotiating skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Critical and Logical Thinking.A curious mindset that allows you to learn and challenge the status quo constantly.Ability to learn quickly and solve complex challenges with creative solutions.Passionate about optimization and standardization of processes.Passionate about making a difference, gifted with a can-do attitude.Reliable, Responsible, and Respectful.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment.Entrepreneurial spirit with the hunger to succeed; act with a founder's mindset: have urgency, grit, be adaptable to change, and push boundaries.Team player, collaborative, innovative, get things done.Show initiative in setting and meeting goals within an environment of managed change.Ability to work under pressure, responsible for multiple vital tasks in parallel.If you join us, you will enjoy:Competitive salary in the sector (according to your experience/skills).26 vacation days per year + 24th and 31st of December.Fully stocked kitchen (Coffee, organic fruits, snacks, and beverages).Flexible Working Hours.Hybrid work.Private Health insurance, including dental coverage.Professional development and collaborative environment.Unique opportunity to join our company early with excellent market traction and huge potential to grow.Incredible office in Av.
