Business Planning & Performance Management Specialist Join us as a Business Planning & Performance Management Specialist to support the Airport and Airline Operations planning processes by providing regular reporting and analysis to monitor agreed KPIs and recommending corrective actions to enhance performance.
In this role you will: Monitor revenue and gross margin for airports monthly per solution, region, and customer, in close coordination with Controlling and commercial teams and collaborate on landing estimates, flagging risks and opportunities.
Coordinate between commercial teams, project managers, and billing teams on monthly billing cycles and address ad hoc queries.
Provide analysis on invoicing and cost estimates at the project level for revenue recognition with accounting teams.
Ensure efficient usage of tools across commercial and implementation teams (e.g., ServiceNow, Niseko, invoice plans).
Provide monthly iPPM time reporting and cost reports, minimizing non-reported time and non-allocated travel effectively.
Prepare the AAO monthly Extended Product Cycle cost dashboard, monitoring fixed costs per portfolio area and providing visibility on target achievement.
Manage and simplify the AAO iP changes and cost structure, adapting to new functionalities and portfolio changes, and ensuring end users are informed of required activities.
About the ideal candidate: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or business planning, with travel industry experience being a plus.
Excellent financial and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Data Analytics, and other Microsoft Office products.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of another language is a plus.
Experience with SAP financial systems or equivalent is advantageous.
