Within our IT Development department, we can distinguish 2 competence centres : Madrid and Ostend.You will be part of IT Development in Madrid.The IT Development department in Madrid consists of 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team. The group is young and dynamic with a good team spirit and open communication structure.We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues all over Europe & Middle East.About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our IT team.The ideal candidate will be / have :In-depth technical knowledge of the system.Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and conducting development projects in an innovative and dynamic environment.Passionate about simple, elegant and as much as possible standard solutions.Focus on improving the performance of the systems.You will be responsible for :Data analysis & design of applications focusing on the business partner.Coordination of the collaboration with other departments and subcontractors; work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.Implementation of best practices for development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.Developing distributed system architecture and system integration.Facilitate the communication with business, understand the process, and propose good solutions going to global proposals for all the affiliates.In order to identify the IT needs of an enterprise, you are expected to interview and collaborate with the different departments of business.About youYou have a master degree in Engineering, IT or Economy.You have profound knowledge on customer applications such as S / 4, CDC, MDG, CDP Solutions.Preferably you have experience in project management or at least have the skill to coordinate the activities of the several in / external parties involved in a project.Other knowledge related to CRM tools, Salesforce, SAP.You are capable of giving training to other people (in / external).You have strong analytical skills
