The role holder is an entrepreneurial-minded and self-driven full-time investment manager. Will work in a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment to become an integral part of our team. As a Private Equity Investment Manager, will contribute to deal sourcing, due diligence, investment analysis, and submission of proposals to the Board of Directors. The expertise and strategic insights will be instrumental in identifying promising investment opportunities and guiding our portfolio companies towards success.
Main ResponsibilitiesOpportunities deal flow sourcing: Actively network with industry stakeholders, participate in PE/VC related events, research major industry trends and identify most promising investment opportunities.Financial modeling: Identify main business KPIs, analyze company's traction, define financial projections, conduct valuation analysis, and assess the impact of proposed transactions.Prepare the investment memos for the Board of Directors approval: Prepare the investment document to present to the Board, summarizing investment information, highlighting key value drivers, and assessing main risks of the operation.Monitor and manage companies' portfolio, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and value creation.Support the acquisition/disinvestment process, and due diligence, working together with external providers.Profitability Performance and Growth: Drive the discipline of accurately measuring clients deliverables and value of service, handle pricing, invoicing and collection of outstanding fees for the portfolio of clients.Monitor performance and take action on all client activities in order to achieve the revenue and client servicing targets. Solve payment problems, as well as collection of outstanding invoices.Introduce measures to monitor all client activities to ensure quality and timeliness.Build and maintain strategic business relationships with clients; guide the team to build client relationships and ensure timely and quality delivery.Ensure business profitability and performance is aligned with the approved business plan. Review and ensure policies, procedures and contractual agreements are consistently met.Other DutiesUndertake the role of director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory or any related position in internal entities or client entities of Amicorp Group, where necessary and required by the Management.Undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with Management.Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceMinimum bachelor's degree with post-graduation.Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A or VC/PE.Proven track record of implementing systems and processes.Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of investments, asset allocation and portfolio management.Should demonstrate strong ability to review and analyze financial statements.Proven transactions track record.
