YOUR ROLE Member of the European Business Planning team for Mobility Development and execution of reports and continuous improvement actions to improve the forecast accuracy Deep dive on root cause analysis and follow up on the impact of defined actions Support on process optimizations (waste reduction) Involvement and coordination support of diverse business planning projects within our organization such as portfolio management, new product introduction, integration of long term forecast Monitors master data quality and consistency and coordinates required adaptations with the responsible functions Opportunity to work independently while being provided with the necessary team support YOUR SKILLS Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or BA or related Fluent level of english Analytical skills MS Office skills (valuable Excel and PowerBI) Proactive and good attitude Part-time availability At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
