International Product Manager - Carolina Herrera Makeup [U869]

The OpportunityIn the Carolina Herrera Marketing HQ department, we are looking for a Product Manager for makeup.What you'll get to do:Follow up the performance of top doors on/off line and recommend animation plans, retail/etail improvement actions.Develop animation plans for these doors with a focus on productivity, sell out (gwp, trafic stopper, activation, merchandising).Coordinate and develop the 4 most important makeup events/animations (spring/summer/back to school/holidays) ensuring perfect execution between all touch points (advertising, PR, retail, digital).Follow up on these animations, implementations, etc.We'd love to meet you if you have:The ideal person comes from makeup operational marketing.A business-oriented mind and willing to move to a global/headquarter team.Experience: ideally 2-3 years of experience in Market.Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or Fashion.Languages: English mandatory, Spanish or French would be a plus.Strong Knowledge in makeup axe.Skills:Strong team spirit.Impressive project management, analytic, and organizational skills.Flexible and reactive.Makeup lover.Result-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A few things you'll love about us:An entrepreneurial, creative, and welcoming work culture.A range of learning and development opportunities.An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow.A competitive compensation & benefits package.
