.In Edwards, in the Vacuum Technique Service division, we are looking for an Internal Sales that will be responsible for the sales of spare parts and other service products for a wide range of vacuum pumps. You should be fluent in the Spanish language (preferably native speaker) as your main targets are the business development of the Spanish market, the active participation in marketing campaigns and the promotion of service products, working closely together with the external Spanish sales team.The Internal sales will be accountable for the spares and lubricant business on a wide range of vacuum pumps, and to follow all the service portfolio (service exchange, overhauls, repairs, etc.) on a range of small vacuum pumps mainly used in laboratories and in the R&D markets in general (like universities).Role is hybrid: partially in the office, partially remote.To succeed, you will needMain responsibilitiesWork directly with customers promoting solutions in the after sale, using the provided sales tools to prepare and send quotation according to customers' needs and expectations.Register the sales activities in the CRM developing an accurate sales funnel and take care of the follow-up of the registered sales opportunities with the aim of improving win rate.Build a network of key contacts and relationships within existing accounts to secure customer loyalty to our brand and gain early insights into potential business opportunities within customer premises.Being the reference person for our resellers and distributors that on daily basis purchase spares, lubricants, and other service products from us.Contact prospective customers through outbound phone calls in order to present and promote our products and services and make proactive calls to recover lost customers.Find and qualify leads coming from different channels (proactive cold calls, website visits, request forms, inbound inquiries, etc.).Take active part in marketing campaigns to promote products, events and initiatives dedicated to our customers.Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceEducational background:Technical Diploma/Degree and/or previous experience in internal sales rolesKnowledge Areas:Expertise of MS OfficeCritical Skills:Good communication and presentation skillsAble to build strong and effective working relationships with customers at all levelsFluent in SpanishGood level of English as this is the language used in our groupAvailability to travel up to 20% of the timeOther requirements:Good knowledge of Portuguese as a plusIn return, we offer youPassionate people create exceptional things!At Atlas Copco we believe in challenging the status quo, always looking for a better way.
