About the job
Within Fagron EMEA, we're looking for efficiencies in our day-to-day operational processes and a certain degree of central decision making in the best interest of the EMEA area. That's why we're hiring an Intercompany Sales & Planning Coordinator. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day intercompany transactions within EMEA and improving the process itself by establishing EMEA business rules and guidance. Next to that, you'll support the planning community within EMEA with data analyses and be back-up for demand planners during holiday periods.
Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day intercompany sales transactions across EMEA and improve the process.Be the back-up of demand planners across EMEA.Perform data analyses within the planning community.Support and improve the new product request process from sales entities to the production sites.Set yourself apart
You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
3-5 years' experience in a planning role.At least a bachelor's degree.Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.Familiarity with inventory/planning concepts like forecast accuracy, NPI process, portfolio management, inventory policies.Knowledge of a planning software or an inventory management tool is a must.Experience with ERP systems (like D365, AX, Navision, or SAP) is a must.Hands-on mentality.Accurate, analytical, proactive, and keen on data.Knowledge of process improvement/lean concepts is a plus.Enjoy a dynamic environment and manage day-to-day activities independently.Customer-oriented with the ability to persuade others.Background in process improvement or lean management is a plus.Experience with PowerBI creating reports is a plus.Flexible and open to travel across EMEA when needed.Ability to encourage others with enthusiasm.Positive thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.What's on offer?
