TVTY is a subsidiary of Nielsen (NYSE: NLSN), a leading global data and analytics company.The Context: Within the 'Client Experience' team of TVTY and in close collaboration with the Sales Team, you will help on the operational part through the configuration, integration and maintenance of processes with our clients.Missions: Onboard/Present our platform to our new clients, implementation of clients access, support for technical deployment in order to establish a relationship of trust with clients.Train and support clients on our platform.Create and manage campaigns in our back office.Support and train clients in reading their results on the TVTY's Measure platform in order to make them autonomous.Work on strategic recommendations in order to optimize their TV/Radio plan.Weekly follow-ups and final reports produced in close collaboration with the account manager in charge.Ensure our product is well adopted: new features, best practices.Contribute to the evolution of our product, bring up clients feedback to our Product team.Skills: Master's degree.Excellent communication skills: both written and spoken.Well organized.Excel and Powerpoint skills.Analytical skills.Team Player.Multi-tasks.Knowledge of media (TV & Digital) is a plus.Experience in Client Success and/or support is a plus.Enthusiastic.Curious and open minded.You're a challenger and think out the box.Fluent in English: both written and spoken.CV/Resume in English required.LI-Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
