**Flexible Work Eligible**: Flexible Work Schedule**DISCOVER your opportunity****HR Administrator (Temporary)**Madrid, SpainThis position reports to the HR Manager, Iberia.**DISCOVER your opportunity**What will your essential responsibilities include?**Role Purpose**From the role, you will have visibility over the HR function at local level and coordinate at the regional level (APAC Europe) with the people involved in each of the processes.In addition, you will be involved from an administrative perspective in all HR processes: Payroll coordination, Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, Reporting, Equality Plan, Labour Risk Prevention, Performance Review, Training,

etc.**What will your tasks be?**- Coordination of the payroll with the payroll office and giving indications for the recruitment of personnel according to the regulations.- Equality plan: Participation in the elaboration of the equality plan, obtaining the required data.- Support to the internal labour audit in order to obtain all necessary documents and information. (contracts, appendices, labor groups, payroll, benefits in kind per employee, taxation) and then coordination with HR Operations Team and Payroll of the actions that have to be developed to put it in order.- Review and control the clocking-in of employees and extract reports.- Annual medical examination of employees: administrative management- Response to daily queries (payroll errors, changes of address, paid leave, vacations, medical insurance, collective agreement...)- Monitoring social benefits, as well as registering and communicating registrations, cancellations, modifications (medical insurance, pension plan, life and accident insurance,
