The tasks you are going to perform are:
– Personnel selection: definition of jobs, search and preselection.
– Coordination of EHS activities and business activities.
– Execute training plans, both collective and individual.
– Development of the company's equality plan.
– Support for the development of internal policies and procedures related to the field of human resources.
– Support in Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
– Preparation of reports and KPI's.
– Other administrative procedures.
We are looking for a dynamic person who supports both HR administrative tasks and recruiting and growing the company's human team.

-Degree in labor relations or similar.
– Experience in the telecommunications sector will be valued.
– Languages: Catalan and Spanish at native level. English adequate to the position.
– Advanced level of Excel.
– 3 years of experience in a similar position.
