We are looking for an HR Partner Analyst as part of Operations to support HR Corporate in building deep personalized relationships with practice leaders and our practice employees in Spain, and proactively support our people through their life, career, and project experiences.ResponsibilitiesProactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person's interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture's business.Have honest and transparent conversations, with compassion and empathy to help people grow, keeping both personal and key practice priorities at the forefront.Work closely with the Practice Lead to understand our business practice strategy and current performance, using that knowledge as I coach my people.Proactively work with employees to ensure business-critical employee information is up to date and accurate.Provide employee support throughout their work life using HR Systems.Utilize available tools for reporting.StudiesUniversity Degree related to Labor Relations, Labor Legislation, Psychology, Administration, and Management.SkillsDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.Demonstrated communication skills.High English Level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and SharePoint.
