The RoleThe Head of Brand Partnerships, Spain is a key role working with Spain's most prominent eCommerce brands. This function is pivotal to LTK's successful local operations in Spain, also playing a lead role in the LTK Brand Platform on a global stage. The focus of the role is on deepening and widening relationships with target international and local eCommerce retailers with Spanish market operations or headquarters. Working closely with our Creator lead, the role will help form a cohesive and output-focused Spanish market for LTK International, while aligning with the leadership team in other EU markets.
DescriptionYou will be responsible for winning and developing new enterprise-level business within the Spain region, focusing on International Spanish advertisers. A highly experienced and proven new business person that is comfortable delivering a complex proposition to c-suite decision-makers. You will sell within the fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle sectors and be comfortable selling multi-million dollar influencer-led campaigns. You will have deep relationships with key Spanish eCommerce brands and groups.
Key Areas of FocusGenerate and develop deep and successful business relationships with Spanish fashion, home, beauty, lifestyle, and eCommerce brands, as well as similar international brands doing business in Spain.Growth of LTK Spain business: Managing a portfolio of LTK Spain's most important brands, delivering growth on that portfolio.Growing your influence within your brand portfolio, becoming a trusted resource for senior marketers to spend their influencer budgets.Ensure growth across the LTK revenue drivers; collaborations, Ad products and GMV.Work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships EU to maintain excellence within the Brand Partnerships function, as measured by; reduced churn, portfolio growth, facilitating LTK growth in Spain and into adjacent budget pools as well as playing a pivotal role in a best-in-class brand partnerships function.Effectively develop internal relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, finance, legal and international brand partnerships functions to the benefit of the EU Brand Partnerships team.You will be responsible forDeepening and widening relationships with key target Spanish brands.Embrace and elevate international business. Maximise the international opportunity for brands today, as well as laying the groundwork for scalable processes as we grow.Manage a book of enterprise accounts and plan the strategy and process for developing each.Upskilling, mentoring and developing junior members of the brand partnerships and creator teams.Proactively build and identify opportunity signals to generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, expansion approach etc.).Develop a bi-annual and yearly plan to manage sales quota and provide detailed and accurate forecasting on a quarterly basis. Keep all sales management tools current and accurate (OKR Framework, Hubspot CRM, contract management).Evangelize the LTK offering via face-to-face meetings with exec level decision-makers, traveling regionally and occasionally globally for in-person meetings and sales pitches.Counsel new brands in LTK's time-tested influencer marketing best practices ensuring an "on-model" relationship and setting brands up for optimal success.Assist Spanish brands in educating Spanish and global influencers on their brand story and unique value propositions.Represent LTK in local brand-oriented marketing, networking, and public speaking opportunities.Provide recommendations to scale new revenue streams in the market.What you'll bringAt least 8+ years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, with demonstrated ability to assess a customer's needs and generate ideas to overcome obstacles to success.Demonstrated history of target attainment, you are able to evidence a track record of goal achievement and overperformance.A deep understanding of the Spanish eCommerce landscape.
