You are a killer Partnership Manager - A networker at heart, you are already developing your own network and consistently identifying new opportunities. A strong leader, able to inspire and negotiate with CEOs, C Suite or A-list celebrities & influencers. Passionate about sales and influence. Ambitious, you'll find a way to get us interviews with Oprah Winfrey or Elon Musk for that next deal with Netflix. Data-driven: You love to measure results, are at ease with numbers, and can create dashboards to follow KPIs. Hacker mindset: You find innovative ways to make things happen (this is how we got our interview with Richard Branson). You want to be part of a company that recognizes outstanding performance (by outstanding we really mean top 0.01%; we find it boring to be part of the average).

YOUR MISSION Your mission will be to generate a new income stream of 3M€ in your first year by creating crazy partnerships that we will be proud to display on our walls. We are convinced that a few big deals can have a 10x effect in terms of image, revenue, or impact.
To do so, these are your 6 responsibilities:
Define the Partnership strategy, including OKRs and KPIs, and execute it:Define top 20 and top 100 dream partners and be obsessed about getting themIdentify new markets and hidden opportunitiesSet KPIs for all initiatives, gather marketing campaign data, create dashboards, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report on the resultsClarify priorities knowing which battles to choose in order to win the warGenerate & negotiate big partnerships - the kind that move the needle and bring an aura to the company:Sponsorships - Get and negotiate massive sponsorship deals for our podcasts and events with sponsors aligned with our values or our business eventsCorporate partnership - to promote and sell our trainings at scale to their employeesFeaturings - Make our CEO be featured in top documentaries (Netflix or Canal+) or online learning marketplaces (masterclasses)JV/Affiliate Partners and influencers to promote our products in exchange for commissionMedia - introduce our CEO to the biggest international media and put him on the cover of printed pressGet the supposedly unreachable A-list guests (top artists, athletes, entrepreneurs)... the kind that make people say "Wow":Top speakers for our eventsTop trainers for our online trainingsTop guests for our interviewsThe real dream goal is to produce a documentary with top entrepreneurs, artists, and athletes (Elon Musk, Oprah, Federer)Create, train and lead a team of specialized Top Gun team members (in Sponsorship, PR, Celebrity Relationships, Affiliates & Influencers):Source, recruit, and lead the most driven Juniors (1 for sponsorship, 1 for celebrities management, 1 for affiliate/partners management, 1 for PR/media)Train and inspire Juniors for them to be able to deliver smaller deals at scaleListen to recorded calls (including your own) every week to improve how you overcome objections and sell opportunitiesSystemize Greatness - Create and improve processes, use digital tools to improve productivity and make the Partnership Department highly productive, with predictable results:Systemize best practices and develop a Partnership Paradox Academy to scale the onboarding of juniors, making it seamless, efficient, and state-of-the-art.
