Mission and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of People and Culture as the Head of Organization and Internal Governance, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational structure and ensuring effective internal governance within an agile framework. You will contribute to and ensure that Technology, Business and Support units have optimal organizational models to achieve business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Structure Oversight: Support the functions and People and Culture Director in the Strategic Workforce planning.Set and manage headcount budget in collaboration with Finance and P&C.; Oversee local unit budgets, including approval and monthly tracking.Establish organizational metrics and benchmarking.Maintain, monitor, and optimize local hierarchical structures, and liaise with program staffing and positions to ensure the achievement of results and efficiency.Maintain business units, functional groups, families, positions, jobs, and ordinals in order to make sure reporting is aligned with Group requirements, collaborating with Control Management.Manage country structures in Workday and other corresponding systems.Collaborate with the Group's Organization function in order to be aligned with the organizational attributes.Agile Organizational Models and Governance: Ensure agile processes and organizational models align with the company's and Group's guidelines while considering regulatory requirements.Establish Agile Organizational Reference Models.Implement Group and Regulatory guidelines using agile practices.
