Additionally, you will lead the design and ensure operational efficiency according to the policies, rules, and standards set by the Company.Responsibilities Ensure the proper functioning and quality of the Cardif Administration, Customer Service, and Claims Departments, ensuring adequate, fluid, and effective service for external and internal customers.Support the development, transformation, implementation, and coordination of the projects or GPS agreed by Cardif Iberia, as well as ensure the correct functioning of the tools used in the whole area.Support the growth and consolidation of Cardif Iberia regarding the Operations Department, and share knowledge and best practices of the market, incorporating those interesting for a better consolidation of local activity.Establish controls to detect fraud and/or money laundering, verifying the detailed monitoring of the rules on money laundering established by the BNP Paribas Group and/or local regulations.Ensure compliance with the requirements set out in the custody and transmission of information processes (in particular with regard to the GDPR).Manage and motivate team members, clearly defining the responsibilities and objectives of the employees in your charge, monitoring their performance and evolution, identifying training plans, and communicating clearly the strategic orientations of the company.Participate in the definition of human resources management, through the discussion, formulation, and implementation of policies and people management practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
