Position:As Head of Marketing Projects, you are responsible for the global project management of all LOEWE Perfumes' marketing initiatives. This is a new and key strategic function for the organization - without you, nothing will get done. You and your team will take ownership over the creation and delivery of global projects, traffic management of creative teams, and production of marketing assets. You will build an agile and iterative project management system and process that allows for the smooth flow of project delivery, prioritization of project requests, and transparency for all stakeholders into project statuses. As a member of the Global Brand Team, you will report to the Global Brand Director.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and improve an agile Project Management system that allows for the smooth delivery of projects.Support the Global Brand Director and CMO in the prioritization of projects within the global brand team.Build and execute 360 global projects collaborating with other marketing departments, internal stakeholders, and local teams.Support the GTM team in delivering key local projects that require resources from the global team.Develop and improve the project tools required to execute your project management system.Traffic-manage the workload of the global creative team.Oversee the production of global marketing campaigns and content assets.Manage a team of project managers, traffic managers, and producers.Constantly improve the marketing operations system and process, striving to both implement on-the-job learnings as well as best practices from external sources.Soft SkillsDetail-oriented and timely with deadlines.Natural leadership that will drive your partners to elevate themselves while working in a horizontal methodology.Great team management skills to know when to switch between push and pull techniques to deliver stellar work.Agile and adaptable mindset, open to constant improvement.Comfortable negotiating with both external and internal stakeholders.Thrive in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.ProfileMain Studies:University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
