The role is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of accurate and timely reports to both internal and external stakeholders. It covers the Home & Easy Living Lines of Business (LoB) and directly manages a cross-country team of reporting experts. The role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of data analysis, report visualization, and communication skills to convey complex information effectively.In addition, this role involves staying updated on reporting technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting. Ultimately, the Head of Home & Easy Living Reporting plays a critical role in providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the organization.Primary objectives include the animation of the team to define, collect, and monitor operational and transformational KPIs of the Operational department of Allianz Partners as well as delivering KPI reports to ensure sound decision-making. In addition, this role includes continuous analyses with LoBs to interpret KPI trends and identify improvement areas.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence that improves AES scores.
