As a Growth Content Specialist, you will be a part of our Growth team and will be responsible for educational content creation such as guides, tutorials, or videos to drive customer engagement - user onboarding, activation, feature adoption, and use case implementation. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Growth team, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do: Craft engaging and interactive instructions that make business process automation a breeze for our business users. Say goodbye to boring tutorials! Closely collaborate with User Research, Design, Growth Marketing, BI Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve our goals with a major impact on improving and optimizing user experience. Possess a basic knowledge of AB experimentation. Be able to dive into quantitative and qualitative insights about our users. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and user needs. Monitor and report on business metrics to stakeholders.
