Reporting to the Director of Product, as a Group Product Manager you will be leading a team of product managers in the Promotions & Prime cluster.
You'll deliver products that scale over millions of orders across Europe, Africa and Asia.
Be part of a team where you will : Define and communicate the group's vision, mission, planning and long term roadmap Lead and mentor PM direct reports, support and manage their career growth Be responsible for three or more full sized product development teams (initially may need to be hands-on with one engineering team) Establish OKRs for the teams in scope Set and monitor goals across entire product area Influence across entire product organisation by facilitating collaboration and communication between teams Facilitate group camaraderie with team building initiatives and group events to share knowledge and establish trust You have : 7+ years delivering highly successful and innovative consumer mobile and full-stack products 3+ years leading a team of product managers Leadership—you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products.
You're great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.
You're used to gather data through both qualitative and quantitative approaches (user research, A/B experimentation, usability testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis) Technical know-how - you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works Superb communication and Fluent in English - you have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
