.Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Global Campaign Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.The Global Campaign Manager will centrally manage and ensure the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and optimization of virtual events and webinars hosted by our global affiliate colleagues, including the campaigns aimed at driving attendance to those events. He/she will turn the multichannel content and rules as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by our stakeholders within the local countries into a series of workflows, deliveries, and event configurations within our standard marketing automation toolset, Adobe Campaign, and/or our standard webinar solution, SpotMe.The Global Campaign Manager will also work with our team to design and develop virtual event and campaign content templates and processes, as well as work to ensure understanding and adherence by local stakeholders to the predefined service and setup. In addition to programming workflows, deliveries, and event configurations, he/she may also modify and maintain landing page templates using some creative coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Responsibilities:Ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of campaigns deployed and virtual event services provided.Ensure that events and campaigns are configured and measured according to global standards, best practices, and predefined virtual-events-specific templates.Optimize event and campaign setup and execution.Work with other project stakeholders to design and develop optimized approaches to virtual event and campaign content templates and processes.Collaborate with the Virtual Events Specialists to ensure alignment of the campaign surrounding communication of the virtual event and the Specialists' coordination and execution of the virtual event itself.Ensure that markets are informed and fully understand the Virtual Events service and processes.Work both independently and with Platform Managers to modify and maintain landing pages.Ensure that Analysts and Data Stewards have access to the correct data for their reporting, analytics, and data management.Requirements & Desired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or Bachelor's degree intechnical studies.Previous experience with technically configuring virtual events and webinars—experience with SpotMe and Zoom is preferred.Demonstrated experience in marketing automation tools (ideally, 2-3 years of experience)—Adobe Campaign is preferred.Adobe Campaign certification is a plus (Business Practitioner is OK, Developer is an added plus).Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure, dynamic situations is a must.Openness to learning new tools and technical concepts is a must.Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy, or other project delivery environment
