The question is: are you ready to change the world with us? We are looking for an Facilities Administrative for our Department of Properties and Indirect Procurement.
You will:Provide cross support to the Properties and Indirect Procurement Department.Partner effectively with the departments: Facilities Management and Workplace, Properties and Procurement function.Establish role as controller overseeing and governing OPEX / CAPEX budgets: allocations, provisions, control, YTD, forecasts, variances.PO requisition and approval follow up for the Department.Manage PO and Invoices: backlogs analysis and purge, vendor relations on these matters.Support procurement savings calculation and ensure compliance according to our savings guideline.Help design and develop reporting tools, interacting with internal functions to devise solutions that enhance reporting and data management.Ensure robust and accurate budgeting, reporting and forecast in accordance with company procedures.Support the financial assessment of projects.Manage insurances (contracts, contacts and procedures).Control the expense and consumption evolution of the utilities bills, matching expense, utility invoice, period and previewed accrual date.Manage and archive documentation and files.
Construction work fees payment follow up.Support the department on administration tasks.Provide support in audit processes.Participate in internal and external meetings.Requirements:Experience understanding business challenges, considers them in future projections.Provides insightful analysis, identifying required action items, effectively framing decisions to be made.Analytic capabilities.
Data oriented.Accounting analytics.Experience performing budgeting, monthly and year-end closing activities and reports.ERP knowledge and experience as a user.
