At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players.We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely's largest games with more than 5M DAU.The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You'll DoAs a Product Manager at Scopely, you will oversee the strategy and roadmap for the foundational data products for our Monopoly Go studio.You will be the bridge between analytics engineering teams and the users who rely on these products to turn billions of events per day into deep game and business insight.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into detailed product specifications.Manage the entire product lifecycle, from prioritization and refinement to monitoring and optimization, ensuring alignment with game objectives.Oversee a portfolio of analytical tools, including data models, Looker explores and dashboards, and real-time anomaly detection systems, ensuring they support effective decision-making and machine learning applications.Work closely with analytics engineering, game teams, marketing, and other business units to deliver high-quality, user-friendly data products.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Product Manager - a background in social or mobile free to play gaming is a plus but not essential.Demonstrated ability to lead product strategies and roadmaps, balancing technical, business, and user experience needs.Strong analytical background with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack technologies (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Looker).Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Flexible thinking with the ability to manage both detailed tasks and big-picture projects.
