Mission and Responsibilities:As a Director of Product, reporting to the Chief Product Officer of Zinia, your main responsibilities will include:
Lead a cross-functional team (App, Payments, Financing and Value-Added Services) to jointly deliver solutions for our customers.Ensure consistency and coherence of Zinia consumer products across geographies, programs, and public landings while guaranteeing the proper alignment with Zinia products and services for Merchants.Lead RFPs from a Product perspective.Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy for the local markets.Lead the definition of the End-Customer experience improvements in Zinia, managing customer lifecycles: user and customer onboardings, shopping experience, payments and financing, loyalty, and recurrence.Align and define prioritization for new value proposition features - for customers and their products and services and its roadmap.Supervise the CX of each of the End-Customer products in the Zinia portfolio.Supervise the Zinia public landings for End-Customers. To be successful in the role you must have:Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related fields.Proven experience with high responsibility level in relevant positions to the new role.Consumer finance Services experience and/or experience in related fields (Preferred).Experience in product management in the global payments/financing industry.CX, customer conversion, regulatory analytical perspective.Superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.Customer focused & business oriented.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
