Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and personalized service.Requirements:C2 French and fluency in English or Spanish.Previous customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C).Familiarity with multi-channel customer support.Experience in a metric-driven, target-focused environment.Strong listening, communication, and attention to detail.Benefits:38.5h/week temporary contract with high potential for permanent role.Monday to Friday shifts: 9:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00.Salary: 19,743.58 € gross/year.Referral Program: Earn up to 2,000 € for referrals.3 weeks of paid training.Vibrant international work environment with clear career growth opportunities.
