Previous experience in customer service, preferably in similar sectors such as insurance, tourism, or entertainment.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong ability to solve problems.

Availability to work the designated schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m.).
